Most memorable workout:
My most memorable session would be when I first came to watch and then was
invited to join in. I enjoyed it so much that I kept GPP going and have been
ever since. My inspiration for keeping it going was seeing how fit Carolina is
and wanting to be as fit as her. My most proudest achievement was 2 weeks ago when I first started using the 15kg bar bell for the workout and then slowly
adding more weights, I am now up to using a 25kg bar bell for workouts, e.g.
deadlift. Another proud achievement was when I would be doing the RX workouts with a good time.
